Description

Create stylish and eco-friendly air freshener stones infused with your favorite essential oils for a natural home fragrance.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2030 drops of essential oils (e.g., lavender, lemon, eucalyptus)
  • Optional: food coloring
  • Mixing bowl
  • Silicone molds
  • Airtight container (for storage)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by cleaning and laying down newspaper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of baking soda with 1/2 cup of water. Stir until a thick, smooth paste forms.
  3. Add 20-30 drops of your selected essential oils to the mixture. Optionally, add food coloring.
  4. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds, pressing down to eliminate air pockets.
  5. Let the stones dry for 24-48 hours at room temperature, or bake in a low oven (200°F) for 1-2 hours.
  6. Once dried, carefully remove the stones from the molds.

Notes

Experiment with different essential oil combinations and mold shapes for unique designs. Store any unused stones in an airtight container.
