Ingredients
- Colorful tissue paper (green, blue, yellow, etc.)
- Clear contact paper
- Scissors
- Dinosaur templates (printable or handmade)
- Pencil or marker
- Optional: Glitter or sequins for added sparkle
Instructions
- Prepare Your Workspace: Clear a flat surface and lay down newspaper to catch spills.
- Create Your Dinosaur Templates: Print out or draw dinosaur shapes on paper and outline them with a marker.
- Cut the Tissue Paper: Tear or cut the tissue paper into small squares or shapes.
- Assemble the Suncatcher: Place a piece of contact paper sticky side up and position the dinosaur template on top. Let your child fill it with tissue paper pieces.
- Seal and Cut: Place another piece of contact paper sticky side down over the design, smooth out air bubbles, and cut around the dinosaur shape.
- Hang and Enjoy: Use tape or string to hang the suncatcher in a sunny window.
