Instructions
- Mix flour and water in a bowl to create a paste similar to pancake batter. Tear newspaper into 1-inch wide, 6-8 inch long strips.
- Inflate a large balloon until it’s about the size of a dino egg and tie it securely.
- Dip a strip of newspaper into the paste, coat it, and smooth it over the balloon. Continue layering with 3-4 layers.
- Hang the balloon in a cool area and let it dry completely for 24 hours.
- Once dry, cut open the balloon and remove it, leaving a small opening for filling.
- Decorate the outer surface with paint as desired.
- Fill the piñata through the opening with candy or small toys and seal it with tape.
- Attach string or twine for hanging and add final decorations like glitter or stickers.
