Instructions
- Prepare your pipe cleaners by twisting them into snowflake shapes.
- Set up the suspension by tying a piece of string around the center of your snowflake and attaching the other end to a pencil or stick.
- Make the solution by pouring 1 cup of boiling water into a glass jar and adding 3 tablespoons of borax, stirring until dissolved.
- Submerge your snowflake in the solution, ensuring it’s fully submerged.
- Leave the jar undisturbed for several hours or overnight to see the crystals form.
- Once the desired formation is achieved, remove the snowflake and let it dry on a paper towel.
Notes
