Ingredients
- Broken or unused crayons
- Canvas or heavy paper
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Hair dryer or heat gun
- Protective newspaper or cardboard
- Optional: Stencils or masking tape
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by laying down protective newspaper or cardboard.
- Gather a selection of crayons and break them into smaller pieces if desired.
- Use the hot glue gun to attach crayons in a row along the top edge of your canvas and allow them to cool completely.
- Using a hair dryer or heat gun, hold it close to the crayons and gently melt them, starting from one end to let the colors drip down.
- Adjust the heat and angle to create desired patterns with the flowing wax.
- Once melted, allow the artwork to cool completely before displaying it.
Notes
For extra effects, experiment with different color combinations and add glitter while the wax is warm.
