- Cardboard tubes (toilet paper or paper towel rolls)
- Colored cellophane sheets (various colors)
- Scissors

Instructions
- Prepare Cardboard Tubes: Clean your cardboard tube if it has been previously used and mark 1 inch from one end with a pencil.
- Cut the Opening: Carefully cut a square opening in the marked section for the colored cellophane.
- Cut Colored Cellophane: Select colors of cellophane and cut squares slightly larger than the opening created.
- Attach the Cellophane: Secure the colored cellophane over the opening tightly with tape or glue.
- Decorate Your Color Viewer: Use markers or stickers to personalize your Color Viewer.
- Enjoy Your Color Viewer: Take your viewer outdoors and see the colors transform your surroundings.
Notes
Custom colors can be created using various materials if colored cellophane is not available. Supervision is recommended for children when using scissors.
