Description

Create charming and eco-friendly aroma stones to fill your space with delightful scents using essential oils.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1015 drops of your favorite essential oil
  • Silicone molds or cookie cutters
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Parchment paper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch. Slowly add 1/2 cup of white vinegar. Stir the mixture as it fizzes, then blend until smooth.
  2. Add Aroma: Choose your favorite essential oil(s) and add 10–15 drops to the mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution of the scent.
  3. Mold the Mixture: Spoon the fragrant mixture into silicone molds or shape it using cookie cutters. Press firmly to compact the mixture and eliminate air bubbles.
  4. Dry the Aroma Stones: Let the molds sit at room temperature for 24 hours to dry. Once dry, gently pop the stones out of the molds.
  5. Enjoy the Scent: Place the aroma stones in various spots around your home, such as in drawers, on shelves, or in car cup holders.

Notes

Customize scents by experimenting with different essential oils or adding natural food coloring for visual appeal.
