Description

Create delightful DIY aroma stones to infuse your living space with uplifting scents and unique decor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Essential oils (your choice)
  • Silicone molds or cookie cutters
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Parchment paper (for drying)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup of cornstarch. Slowly add 1/2 cup of water while stirring to avoid lumps.
  2. Once combined, incorporate your favorite essential oils (about 10-15 drops). If desired, mix in a few drops of food coloring for a personalized touch.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds or use cookie cutters to shape the stones. Press firmly to eliminate air bubbles and ensure they hold their shape.
  4. Place the molds on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Allow the aroma stones to dry for 24-48 hours, depending on the humidity level in your area.
  5. Once dry, gently remove the stones from the molds. Arrange them in a decorative bowl or give them as gifts.

Notes

Customize scents and colors based on preference. Store stones in a cool, dry place to prolong scent.
