Description

Create your own DIY apple stress balls for fun and relaxation. A creative craft project using simple materials.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Round balloons (red, green, yellow)
  • 1 cup flour or cornstarch
  • Funnel (or DIY with paper)
  • Green felt or paper (for leaves)
  • Scissors
  • Pens or permanent markers (optional for face details)
  • Rubber bands (optional for securing the balloons)

Instructions

  1. Measure out about 1 cup of flour or cornstarch in a bowl.
  2. Carefully stretch the opening of a round balloon and use a funnel to transfer the flour/cornstarch into the balloon, filling it to the size of an actual apple.
  3. Gently let out any excess air and knot the balloon tightly. Optionally, use a rubber band to secure the knot.
  4. Cut out leaf shapes from green felt or paper. Attach to the top of the balloon with glue or by inserting into the knot.
  5. Use permanent markers to draw fun faces or details on your apple for added personality.
