A refreshing homemade wellness drink combining juicy pineapple, fresh ginger, zesty lime, and bubbly water, perfect for warm afternoons.
Ingredients

- 1 cup ripe pineapple, fresh or frozen, diced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated fine
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 cup chilled sparkling water (or plain water)
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 2 to 3 mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
- Ice as needed
- Optional: 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Optional: a few drops honey (if your pineapple is not very sweet)
- Optional: a pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Blend the pineapple, ginger, lime juice, and cinnamon until very smooth. If using apple cider vinegar, add it to the blender now.
- Pour the mixture into a tall glass over ice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Smack the mint leaves between your palms to release aroma and tuck them in.
- Taste and adjust the lime or sweetness to your liking.
