Instructions
- Prepare your strong coffee or espresso.
- Heat the milk in a shaker and shake well to create foam.
- Pour the frothed milk over the coffee.
- Add the pistachio syrup to taste and stir.
- Garnish with toasted pistachios if desired.
Notes
You can make pistachio syrup by simmering equal parts sugar and water with blended pistachios for 5 minutes. Let it cool and strain into a jar.
