Description

A creamy, nutty pistachio latte that you can easily make at home, perfect for a cozy afternoon.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong coffee or espresso
  • 1 cup milk of your choice (dairy, oat, almond)
  • 23 tablespoons pistachio syrup
  • Salt (optional, for flavor enhancement)
  • Chopped toasted pistachios (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your strong coffee or espresso.
  2. Heat the milk in a shaker and shake well to create foam.
  3. Pour the frothed milk over the coffee.
  4. Add the pistachio syrup to taste and stir.
  5. Garnish with toasted pistachios if desired.

Notes

You can make pistachio syrup by simmering equal parts sugar and water with blended pistachios for 5 minutes. Let it cool and strain into a jar.
