Ingredients

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with 2 cups of granulated sugar. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in your choice of flavoring and food coloring.
- Allow the sugar solution to cool at room temperature.
- Carefully pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 6-8 hours.
- Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water.
Notes
For larger crystals, let the mixture sit undisturbed longer in the freezer. Try using flavored soda or herbal tea for different tastes.
