Ingredients

- 1 cup fruit juice (like berry, citrus, or apple)
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Natural food coloring (optional)
- Silicone molds
- A whisk or spoon for stirring
- Measuring cups and spoons
Instructions
- Select your molds: Choose silicone molds for easy release and ensure they are clean and dry.
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of fruit juice and 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup.
- Slowly sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over the mixture, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps.
- Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 5 minutes.
- Carefully pour the mixture into your silicone molds.
- Allow them to cool at room temperature and then transfer to the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours until they set completely.
- Once firm, gently press on the bottom of the molds to release the gummies.
- Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Try using different fruit juices and adjust sweetness to your taste. For a vegan alternative, use agave syrup.
