- Pencil or stick (for suspending flowers)

Instructions
- Prepare the pipe cleaners into flowers, creating petals and using one for the stem.
- Set up the suspension by tying the flower to the pencil or stick with string and placing it across the top of the jar.
- Make the crystal solution by mixing hot water with borax in a separate bowl and stirring until dissolved.
- Add food coloring to the solution if desired.
- Pour the borax solution into the jar carefully, ensuring the flower is submerged, and let it sit undisturbed for 24 to 48 hours.
- Remove the flower once crystals have formed, rinse under cold water, and let it dry.
