- 1 lb chicken breast
- 8 oz pasta (penne recommended)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Leftovers taste even better the next day. Reheat gently with a splash of cream if needed.
