Description

A creamy and cheesy pasta dish featuring chicken, garlic, and parmesan that is perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 8 oz pasta (penne recommended)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Reduce heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Leftovers taste even better the next day. Reheat gently with a splash of cream if needed.
