- Wax paper
- Iron

Instructions
- Gather all materials: Clear a flat surface to work on.
- Set up your iron: Preheat it to a low setting (no steam).
- Peel crayons: Remove the wrappers from your crayon.
- Shave the crayons: Use a grater or a knife (with adult supervision) to create fine shavings.
- Layer the shavings: Place a handful of crayon shavings onto a sheet of wax paper.
- Cover with another sheet: Lay a second sheet of wax paper over the shavings.
- Use the parchment paper: Place a piece of parchment paper on top to protect your iron.
- Iron gently: With light pressure and a smooth motion, iron the wax paper for about 30 seconds, watching the crayons melt.
- Cool down: Allow the wax paper to cool completely.
- Cut into desired shapes: Use scissors to create fun shapes like hearts or stars.
- Add a hole for hanging: Punch a hole at the top if you’d like to hang your sun catcher.
