Ingredients
- Old crayons (various colors)
- Heart-shaped cookie cutter or silicone mold
- Wax paper or parchment paper
- Baking sheet
- Oven
- Parchment paper towel (for cooling)
- String or ribbon (for hanging)
Instructions
- Peel the wrappers off the crayons.
- Break the crayons into small pieces (about 1-inch).
- Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Line the baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
- Place the cookie cutter or mold on the lined baking sheet and fill with crayon pieces.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until melted.
- Remove from oven and cool for about 30 minutes.
- Pop the solid crayon hearts out of the molds.
- Add a string or ribbon for hanging if desired.
