Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup white school glue
- 1 cup shaving cream
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1–2 tablespoons saline solution (contact lens solution)
- Optional: Glitter or scented oils
- Optional: Plastic or foam balls for decoration
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of white school glue and 1/2 cup of water. Stir until well mixed.
- Slowly fold in 1 cup of shaving cream for an airy, fluffy texture. Mix gently until combined.
- Add 1/2 cup of cornstarch and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to the mixture. Stir until mixed evenly.
- Slowly add 1-2 tablespoons of saline solution to activate the slime.
- Once the slime starts to form, knead until it reaches the desired consistency—stretchy and not too sticky.
- If desired, add in glitter or a few drops of scented oils and knead again to mix thoroughly.
- Take small portions of the cotton slime and roll them into snowballs. Add plastic or foam balls for decoration if desired.
Notes
Store your cotton slime snowballs in an airtight container to maintain elasticity and freshness.
