Description

A whimsical and colorful fudge recipe that captures the delightful flavor of cotton candy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cotton candy (fluffy pink or blue)
  • Food coloring (optional, to enhance color)
  • Sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and any food coloring if you desire a bolder hue. Gently fold in cotton candy until it begins to melt and swirl into the fudge.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for added flavor contrast.
  5. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes until the fudge is set. Once firm, lift out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze individual pieces in a sealed bag or container for up to 2 months.
