Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of red gelatin (raspberry or cherry flavor)
  • 1 cup of clear gelatin (unflavored)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • Edible glitter or stars (optional)
  • Small cups or molds for shaping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the red gelatin powder with 1 cup of boiling water and stir until completely dissolved; let cool slightly.
  2. Pour the red gelatin mixture into small cups or molds and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until set.
  3. Repeat the process with the unflavored gelatin, mixing with 1 cup of boiling water, and optionally adding edible glitter.
  4. Once the red layer is set, gently pour the clear gelatin layer on top and return to the fridge for another hour to set.
  5. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each cup once fully set and garnish with additional edible glitter or stars.

Notes

Experiment with different flavored gelatins and consider using star-shaped molds for an extra fun twist. These treats can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
