Description

A fun and easy recipe for making cornstarch and dish soap slime, perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup dish soap
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • A mixing bowl
  • A spoon or spatula
  • An airtight container for storage

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cornstarch with 1/2 cup of dish soap.
  2. Use a spoon or spatula to stir the mixture thoroughly until it becomes a smooth, thick paste.
  3. For added fun, drop in a few drops of food coloring. Mix it in well to achieve your desired shade.
  4. Once mixed, use your hands to knead the slime.
  5. Your cornstarch and dish soap slime is ready to be stretched and squished! Store any leftovers in an airtight container.

Notes

Experiment with different colors and scents. If your slime is too thick, add more dish soap; if it’s too thin, mix in more cornstarch.
