Description

Create fun and engaging bubble dough that combines the tactile experience of dough with the joy of bubbles, perfect for children’s imaginative play.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup dish soap (preferably unscented)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of cornstarch and break up any clumps for a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour in 1/2 cup of dish soap and gently combine with cornstarch until well blended.
  3. Gradually add 1/4 cup of water into the mixture, stirring continuously to achieve a thicker, dough-like consistency.
  4. If using food coloring, add a few drops to achieve your desired shade and knead it into the dough until evenly distributed.
  5. Gather a small amount of dough in your hands, blow gently to create bubbles, or shape and mold your dough creations.

Notes

Store unused dough in an airtight container to keep it fresh for future play. For added fun, experiment with scents and textures by adding essential oils or glitter.
