Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of water and 2 cups of corn starch, and mix until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into separate bowls and add food coloring to each, stirring until the desired color is achieved.
- Pour the colored mixtures into the muffin tin or ice cube trays, ensuring an even fill.
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the ice chalk from the molds and take it outside to create art on pavement or sidewalks.
