Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup of white school glue
- 1/4 cup of warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon of borax
- 1/2 cup of cornstarch
- Food coloring (red, white, and blue)
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon for mixing
- Plastic gloves (optional)
- Measuring cups
Instructions
- In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon of borax with 1/4 cup of warm water until dissolved.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of white school glue with 1/2 cup of cornstarch and stir until smooth.
- Slowly stir the borax solution into the glue mixture until thickened.
- Add a few drops of food coloring and mix to create a marbled effect.
- Use your hands to knead the mixture until rubbery.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Allow the balls to dry on a paper towel or plate for a few hours.
Notes
Customize colors and add glitter for extra fun. Store properly for longer-lasting bouncy balls.
