Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine cornstarch, water, and glycerin; stir until smooth and heat until thickened.
- Remove from heat, divide mixture into bowls, and add food coloring.
- Place wax paper on a flat surface, spoon mixture into desired shapes, optionally using cookie cutters.
- Allow to dry for several hours or overnight until hard.
- Hang suncatchers near windows for sunlight display.
