Instructions
- Prepare the Coffee Filters: Lay out 2-3 coffee filters and use washable markers to color them.
- Add Water: Dip a paintbrush in water and brush over the filters to blend the colors.
- Dry the Filters: Let the filters dry completely, using a hairdryer on low for quicker results.
- Shape Your Turtle: Stack the dried filters and fold them to form a semi-circle for the body.
- Create the Flippers: Cut small triangles from another filter or construction paper and glue them onto the turtle’s sides.
- Make the Head: Shape a smaller piece of filter or paper into a head and glue it to the body.
- Add Eyes: Cut circles from black construction paper for eyes, or use googly eyes for fun.
