Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brew your coffee.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and sweetener.
- Pour the brewed coffee into the wet mixture and stir well.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until combined. Fold in optional ingredients if desired.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
