Create magical Christmas Swirl Bounce Balls that bring joy and creativity during the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup Elmer’s Glue (or similar)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • Food coloring (red, green, yellow)
  • A mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • A whisk or spoon
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Combine ½ cup of Elmer’s glue, ½ cup of water, and 1 tablespoon of baking soda in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into separate bowls; add different food coloring to each bowl for swirls.
  3. Use your hands to scoop portions of the colored mixtures and roll them into balls, combining colors for a swirl effect.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bounce balls on it, ensuring they aren’t touching.
  5. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C) and bake for about 1 hour until firm.
  6. Allow the bounce balls to cool for 10-15 minutes before handling and enjoy your festive creations!

Notes

Experiment with different colors and add glitter for extra sparkle. Store in an airtight container to keep the bounce.
