Description

Create delightful Christmas Sensory Gel Balls for festive fun and sensory play for all ages.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup clear gel (gelatin or clear hair gel)
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Food coloring (red, green, and white)
  • Small holiday-themed confetti (optional)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Silicone molds or ice cube tray
  • Plastic wrap (for drying)

Instructions

  1. Clear a flat surface to work on and gather all your materials.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of clear gel and 1 cup of warm water. Whisk thoroughly until the gel is fully dissolved.
  3. Divide the mixture into separate bowls if you want different colors. Add a few drops of food coloring and mix until you achieve your desired shade.
  4. If desired, stir in small holiday-themed confetti for added fun.
  5. Pour the colored gel mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling them to about ¾ full.
  6. Cover the molds with plastic wrap and allow to set for 4-6 hours or until firm.
  7. Carefully pop the gel balls out of the molds and store or display them in a festive bowl.
