Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and cream of tartar. Stir gently to mix.
  2. In another bowl, mix water, vegetable oil, food coloring, and vanilla extract.
  3. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring constantly until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.

  7. Place finished dough in an airtight container for storage.
