Description

A guilt-free and nutritious alternative to traditional pizza crust made with cauliflower, cheese, and eggs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cauliflower, riced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep the Cauliflower: Wash and chop the cauliflower into florets, then pulse in a food processor until rice-sized.
  2. Cook the Cauliflower Rice: Microwave for 4-5 minutes or steam, allow it to cool, and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine riced cauliflower, egg, cheeses, and seasonings until a dough-like consistency forms.
  4. Shape the Crust: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press the mixture into a thin circle or rectangle.
  5. Bake the Crust: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm, then cool slightly before adding toppings.

Notes

Ensure to remove as much moisture as possible from the cauliflower to avoid a soggy crust.
