Description

Delightful homemade frozen treats that blend rich caramel flavor with creamy ice pops, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until sugar is fully dissolved and smooth.
  2. Fill popsicle molds about 1/3 full with the cream mixture. Drizzle in caramel sauce, swirling gently to create patterns.
  3. Pour more cream mixture on top until molds are almost full, leaving space for expansion.
  4. Place popsicle sticks into the molds, ensuring they are centered and secure.
  5. Cover molds with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 360 minutes or until solid.
  6. Remove popsicles by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For variations, try adding pureed fruits, chocolate chips, or nuts. Substitute with dairy-free options like coconut or almond milk.
