Description

Delightful frozen desserts combining creamy sweetness with a luscious ribbon of rich caramel; perfect for hot summer days or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Pop molds or small cups
  • Craft sticks (if not using molds)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into your pop molds, filling them about ¾ full.
  3. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cream mixture and gently swirl with a toothpick or skewer.
  4. Insert craft sticks into the molds, ensuring they are centered.
  5. Freeze the pops for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  6. To release the pops, run warm water over the molds and gently pull them out. Enjoy!

Notes

Customize with different flavors or mix-ins as desired. For dairy-free options, substitute with coconut or almond milk.
