Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup dry milk powder
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by clearing a clean area on your countertop and laying out parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and dry milk powder, stirring until blended.
  3. Pour in corn syrup and vanilla extract, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
  4. If desired, add food coloring, kneading the mixture until well combined.
  5. Pinch off small amounts of the mixture and roll into 1-inch diameter balls, optionally rolling them in candy sprinkles.
  6. Place the candy balls on parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
