Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of salt
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of cream of tartar
  • 1 cup of shaving cream
  • Optional: Food coloring, essential oils

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour and 1 cup of salt; mix well.
  2. In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of oil, and 2 tablespoons of cream of tartar; heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and gently fold in 1 cup of shaving cream until well combined.
  4. Let the dough cool slightly, transfer to a flat surface, and knead until smooth.
  5. If desired, divide the dough and add food coloring and essential oils, kneading until evenly distributed.
