Description
An exciting craft that combines the joy of blowing bubbles with the art of painting, fostering creativity in young artists.
Ingredients
- White cardstock or watercolor paper
- Washable liquid paint (multiple colors)
- Bubble solution (store-bought or homemade)
- Cups for mixing paint
- Straws (one for each color or group of colors)
- Newspaper or a plastic table cover (for easy cleanup)
- Water (for diluting paint if needed)
- Aprons or old shirts (to protect clothes)
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace with newspaper or a plastic cover and have all materials within easy reach.
- In each cup, mix a few tablespoons of washable paint with bubble solution. For a lighter color, add a splash of water to thin the paint.
- Using a straw, dip one end into the paint mixture and carefully blow through the straw to create bubbles.
- Once the bubbles start to overflow, gently place the paper above them and allow the bubbles to pop onto the paper, creating beautiful circular patterns.
- Let the paper dry flat once satisfied with your artwork; avoid stacking pieces before they dry to prevent smudging.
