Description

Create your own bubble bath dough for a luxurious and customizable bath experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 cup citric acid
  • 1/2 cup Epsom salt
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup liquid soap (like Castile soap)
  • 1 tablespoon essential oil (any fragrance of your choice)
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the baking soda, citric acid, Epsom salt, and cornstarch until well blended.
  2. Slowly drizzle the liquid soap into the dry mixture while stirring continuously to prevent clumping.
  3. Add the essential oil and mix well to ensure an even distribution of fragrance.
  4. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring to the mixture and mix until you achieve your desired shade.
  5. Use your hands to knead the mixture until it is pliable and holds together well.
  6. Transfer the dough into an airtight container and let it sit for a few hours to firm up.
  7. When ready, crumble a portion under warm running water for a bubble bath experience.

Notes

Feel free to customize the scents and colors. Store in a cool, dry place for up to several weeks.
