A refreshing, hydrating drink made with apple cider vinegar, citrus, and a touch of sweetness. Perfect for a morning boost or afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients

- 12 ounces room temperature water
- 1 to 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
- Juice of half a lime or lemon
- 1 teaspoon honey or real maple syrup
- Pinch of fine sea salt
- Optional: 1 to 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger, pinch of cinnamon or cayenne, or splash of sparkling water
Instructions
- Add water to a glass.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar and citrus juice until cloudy.
- Add sweetener and salt, stirring again.
- Taste and adjust as needed: add more water if too strong, or more honey if too tart.
- Incorporate optional boosters just before sipping.
Notes
For those new to apple cider vinegar (ACV), start with 1 teaspoon to adjust to taste. If using, drink with a straw to protect sensitive teeth and rinse afterward.
