Description

Craft colorful bouncing balls using simple ingredients for fun sensory play and creativity.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of cornstarch
  • 1 cup of glue (white or clear)
  • Food coloring (various colors)
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Plastic wrap or wax paper (for drying)
  • Balloons (standard size)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of glue and 1/2 cup of water. Stir well until fully blended.
  2. Gradually mix in 1 cup of cornstarch, ensuring no lumps remain.
  3. Divide the mixture into separate bowls if using multiple colors. Add food coloring to each bowl and mix.
  4. Carefully stretch the opening of a balloon and fill it with the colored mixture using a funnel, filling to about two-thirds full.
  5. Remove excess mixture from the balloon neck, tie it securely, and let it dry on plastic wrap or wax paper for at least 24 hours.
  6. Once dry, enjoy bouncing your colorful creations!

Notes

Feel free to customize the colors and add glitter or essential oils for a unique touch.
