- 1 cup of white glue (PVA)
- 1/2 cup of cornstarch
- Food coloring (various colors)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Small, round balloons
- Mixing bowl

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the water, white glue, and cornstarch. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- Add baking soda and mix thoroughly.
- If using multiple colors, divide the mixture into separate bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and stir until the colors are vibrant.
- Carefully stretch the opening of a balloon and pour in a spoonful of the colored mixture.
- Inflate the balloon gently to ensure the mixture spreads evenly.
- Tie the balloon securely once filled to your desired size.
- Place the filled balloons on a baking tray.
- Let them sit at room temperature for 24 hours or until fully dry.
- Once dry, pop the balloons and remove the leftover latex, revealing your bouncy balls!
Notes
Experiment with color combinations and add glitter for extra sparkle. Store finished balls in a cool, dry place.
