Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons sugar (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 package (3 oz) flavored gelatin (blue raspberry or any preferred flavor)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse the fresh blueberries under cold water and gently pat them dry. Mash the blueberries using a fork or potato masher until you achieve a chunky consistency.
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with the sugar and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the flavored gelatin until fully mixed. Slowly add the mashed blueberries and mix well.
- Add the remaining cup of cold water to the mixture. Stir until everything is completely combined and the mixture looks vibrant.
- Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until the gelatin is fully set.
- Once set, gently run a knife around the edges if using molds. Turn the molds upside down to release the treats or serve in cups.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Can be customized with different fruits or flavors.
