- 1 cup white school glue
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon contact lens solution (containing boric acid)
- 1 tablespoon blue food coloring
- 1/2 cup blue glitter
- Mixing bowl
- Stirring stick or spoon
- Airtight container for storage
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of white school glue and 1 cup of water. Stir until the mixture is well blended and smooth.
- Add 1 tablespoon of blue food coloring to the glue mixture. Mix thoroughly to achieve your desired shade. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of blue glitter.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of baking soda to thicken the mixture. Gradually add 1 tablespoon of contact lens solution while mixing until the slime starts to form.
- Once it starts forming, knead the slime for a few minutes until it reaches your preferred texture. If it’s too sticky, add a few drops of contact lens solution.
- Place your finished slime in an airtight container to prevent it from drying out.
