Description

Irresistibly delicious no-bake truffles made with Oreo cookies and chocolate, perfect for Halloween or any spooky celebration.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz black candy melts or chocolate chips
  • Edible eyes (or chocolate chips)
  • Black sprinkles (for decoration)
  • Wax paper or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely crushed.
  2. Combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  4. Refrigerate the formed balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the black candy melts or chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  7. Tap off excess chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  8. While the coating is still wet, add edible eyes and sprinkle with black sprinkles.
  9. Chill again for another 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
