Irresistibly delicious no-bake truffles made with Oreo cookies and chocolate, perfect for Halloween or any spooky celebration.

- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz black candy melts or chocolate chips
- Edible eyes (or chocolate chips)
- Black sprinkles (for decoration)
- Wax paper or parchment paper
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely crushed.
- Combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Refrigerate the formed balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the black candy melts or chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Tap off excess chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- While the coating is still wet, add edible eyes and sprinkle with black sprinkles.
- Chill again for another 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
