Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter (unsweetened and unsalted)
- 1 cup birdseed mix
- 1 cup clementine zest (grated)
- 1 cup clementine juice
- Wax paper or parchment paper
- Cookie cutter or mold (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter with 1 cup of grated clementine zest.
- Slowly add 1 cup of clementine juice while stirring until well combined.
- Gradually mix in 1 cup of birdseed until evenly distributed.
- Line a baking sheet or plate with wax paper or parchment paper.
- Use a cookie cutter or mold to form the mixture into shapes if desired, or scoop spoonfuls and form into balls.
- Place the formed treats in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Remove from molds or cookie cutters after setting well.
Notes
These treats can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week, or frozen for longer storage.
