Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of water, ½ cup of corn syrup, and 1 cup of cornstarch. Stir thoroughly to ensure there are no lumps.
- Divide the mixture into smaller bowls if using multiple colors. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix well.
- Place wax paper on a flat surface. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes from the colored bioplastic mixture. Insert a straw piece for hanging.
- Allow the suncatchers to dry for at least 24 hours until firm. Peel off the wax paper.
- Hang your suncatchers through the straw and find sunny spots for display.
