Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, mix cornstarch, water, and vinegar.
- Heat the Mixture: Place over medium heat and continuously stir.
- Watch for Transformation: Once heated, the mixture will thicken to a gel-like consistency in about 5 minutes.
- Introduce Color: Remove from heat and add food coloring.
- Mix Well: Stir until color is evenly distributed.
- Prepare Your Surface: Lightly coat a flat surface or use parchment paper.
- Pour the Mixture: Shape using cookie cutters or freehand.
- Set to Dry: Allow to cool and set overnight or in a warm, dry spot.
- Cut Out Shapes: Remove from the mold once dried.
- Add Hanging String: Create a hole for hanging or glue on a string.
