Ingredients

- 1 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- Food coloring (various colors)
- Glitter (optional)
- Plastic molds (ice cube trays or silicone molds)
- Small plastic toys or treasures (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup of white vinegar. Watch the mixture fizz and stir until well blended, then slowly add 1/2 cup of water.
- Divide your mixture into small bowls. Add food coloring to create vibrant colors, and mix in glitter if desired.
- Spoon the colorful mixture into your plastic molds. If desired, place small toys in the center before the mixture sets.
- Leave the molds in a cool, dry place for 24 to 48 hours until fully dried, then gently pop the rocks out of the molds.
Notes
Consider using natural dyes instead of food coloring for a healthier option. These rocks can also be used for themed parties or as gifts.
