Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white school glue
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon contact lens solution (must contain boric acid)
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (optional, for webbing effect)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by laying down newspaper or a silicone mat to catch spills. Gather all materials.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of white school glue with 1 tablespoon of baking soda, mixing until full combined.
  3. Slowly stir in 1 tablespoon of contact lens solution until the slime begins to form.
  4. For a web-like texture, mix in 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
  5. If desired, add food coloring and mix thoroughly.
  6. Store your slime in an airtight container to keep it fresh.

Notes

You can customize your slime with glitter, glow-in-the-dark powders, or essential oils. Experiment with cornstarch for different textures.
