- 1 cup baking soda
- 1/3 cup water
- Food coloring (white, yellow, or other colors)
- 1 clear glass jar with lid
- Mini ghost figurines (store-bought or homemade)
- Glitter (optional)
- Waterproof glue
- Small LED tea light or glow stick
Instructions
- Prepare the Ghosts: Mix a small amount of baking soda with water to form a dough. Shape into ghost figures and let dry. Skip this step if using mini figurines.
- Create the Slime: Combine 1 cup of baking soda with 1/3 cup of water in a mixing bowl. Add a few drops of food coloring and mix until uniform. Optional: add glitter!
- Assemble the Globe: Place ghost figurines inside the glass jar. Spoon the glow-in-the-dark baking soda mixture around and on top of the figurines.
- Complete the Globe: Secure the lid tightly on the jar. Place an LED tea light or glow stick at the bottom for illumination.
- Enjoy the Magic: Turn off the lights and watch your creation glow!

For a spooky effect, add fake cobwebs or small spiders. Experiment with different color combinations for the baking soda mixture.
