Instructions
- Prepare Your Workspace: Lay down wax paper or parchment paper to contain mess and gather all materials within reach.
- Mix the Baking Soda: In a bowl, pour 1 cup of baking soda as the base for your glowing trees.
- Combine Vinegar and Dish Soap: In another small bowl, mix 1/3 cup of white vinegar with 1 tbsp of dish soap and watch for fizzing!
